Three quick steps.
Download your browser’s package
Choose Chrome/Edge or Firefox above.
Open the extensions page
Chrome and Edge: open Extensions, turn on Developer mode, then select Load unpacked and choose the extracted folder. Firefox: go to about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox and choose Load Temporary Add-on, then select manifest.json.
Select text and convert
Use the ALLCAPS toolbar popup or right-click in an editable text field. The conversion replaces the selected text.
